Pros: Translates the big pictures from multiple channels into millions of dollars in value
Cons: Not real specific in the case study as to which consumer behaviors they measured to improve response

This white paper shows how having a digital marketing service provider can help companies get the whole picture about their consumer. Working in higher education, we have multiple systems across colleges and units. This whitepaper provides the proof to show that having a managed service provider could benefit us by tying in together all marketing channels university-wide. Our current alumni & donor system is focused on users and technology rather than focused on our customers - our alumni and donors. Any university system or company could benefit from reviewing this white paper to help them understand their customers better which in turn translates into millions of dollars in value, which sustains the company long term.
